Company news: Delta Air Lines (DAL) quarterly results top analysts’ estimates

Delta Air Lines (DAL) reported Q4 FY2024 earnings of $1.85 per share (versus $1.28 per share in Q4 FY2023), beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $1.76 per share.

The company’s quarterly revenues amounted to $15.559 bln (+9.4% y/y), beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $14.200 bln.

The company also issued guidance for Q1 FY2025, seeing EPS of $0.70-1.00 versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $0.77 and revenues of +7-9% y/y to $13.44-13.69 bln versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $13.24 bln.

For the full FY2025, it foresees EPS of greater than $7.35 (10% y/y growth) versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $7.44.

DAL rose to $65.70 (+6.97%) in pre-market trading.
