Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing (TSM) reported Q2 FY2024 earnings of $1.48 per share (versus $1.14 per share in Q2 FY2023), beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $1.41 per share.
The company’s quarterly revenues amounted to $20.820 bln (+34.6% y/y), beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $20.329 bln.
The company also issued in-line revenue guidance for Q3 FY2024 of $22.4-23.2 bln versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $22.64 bln.
TSM rose to $174.00 (+1.64%) in pre-market trading.
