European Central Bank Vice President Luis de Guindos said on Friday that the path of monetary policy is clear if the ECB staff's inflation projections for next year are indeed met. He added that whether the ECB cuts 50 or 25 basis points is much less important.
The official also noted that the trade war impacts economic growth and inflation negatively.
