Company news: Walt Disney’s (DIS) quarterly results beat analysts’ expectations
Walt Disney (DIS) reported Q3 FY2024 earnings of $1.39 per share (versus $1.03 per share in Q3 FY2023), beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $1.20 per share.
The company’s quarterly revenues amounted to $23.200 bln (+3.9% y/y), slightly beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $23.081 bln.
The company also raised guidance for FY2024, seeing EPS growth of 30% y/y, up from its prior projection of +25% y/y, which equates to EPS of $4.89 versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $4.77.
DIS fell to $89.49 (-0.53%) in pre-market trading.
