Company news: American International (AIG) quarterly earnings top analysts’ estimates
American International (AIG) reported Q1 FY2024 earnings of $1.77 per share (versus $1.63 per share in Q1 FY2023), beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $1.66 per share.
The company also approved an 11% quarterly dividend increase to $0.40/share and a $10 bln increase to the buyback authorization.
AIG rose to $78.00 (+2.89%) in pre-market trading.
