Pfizer (PFE) reported Q1 FY2024 earnings of $0.82 per share (versus $1.23 per share in Q1 FY2023), strongly beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $0.53 per share.
The company’s quarterly revenues amounted to $14.879 bln (-19.5% y/y), strongly beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $13.874 bln.
The company also raised FY2024 EPS guidance to 2.15-2.35 from its previous guidance of $2.05-2.25 versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $2.21.
PFE rose to $26.08 (+1.80%) in pre-market trading.
