The U.S. Energy
Information Administration (EIA) reported on Friday that natural gas inventories advanced by 71 billion
cubic feet (bcf) in the week that ended June 14. This marked the 11th straight weekly build in natural gas inventories.
Economists had predicted an increase of 69 bcf.
The previous
week saw a rise of 74 bcf.
