Citigroup announced its economists now expect the Federal Reserve will start decreasing its interest rates in July. Previously, the bank's economists had forecast the first rate cut in June.
Overall, Citigroup expects 100 basis points of rate easing from the U.S. central bank this year, compared to its previous prediction of 125 basis points.
