Dell (DELL) reported Q3 FY2025 earnings of $2.15 per share (versus $1.88 per share in Q3 FY2024), beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $2.06 per share.

The company’s quarterly revenues amounted to $24.366 bln (+9.5% y/y), missing analysts’ consensus estimate of $24.671 bln.

The company also issued downside guidance for Q4 FY2025, seeing EPS of $2.40-2.60 versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $2.65 and revenues of $24-25 bln versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $25.59 bln.

DELL fell to $124.25 (-12.34%) in pre-market trading.
