The U.S. Energy
Information Administration (EIA) announced
on Thursday that natural gas
inventories rose by 52 billion cubic feet (bcf) in the week ended June 21.
This marked. the 12th straight weekly gain in natural gas
inventories.
Economists had predicted an advance of 53 bcf.
The previous
week saw a build of 71 bcf.
